The data in this section of the Ampol Public website is provided, in accordance with the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (POEO Act) Section 66(6) and the NSW EPA Guideline “Requirements for Publishing Pollution Monitoring Data”.

Ampol Australia Petroleum Pty Ltd - Banksmeadow Terminal's Environment Protection Licence (EPL) has a reporting period that starts each year on 1st April and runs until 31st March the following year. Once all the monitoring sample results for the monthly reporting period have been received, the monthly report is finalised and uploaded to the Ampol Public website.
