1. Promoter

This offer is conducted by Ampol Australia Petroleum Pty Ltd (ABN 17 000 032 128), 29-33 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 (Ampol).

2. Promotional Period

To be eligible for this offer, you must apply for a new AmpolCard account between 12:00am on 10 March 2025 and 11:59pm on 04 May 2025 (‘Promotional Period’) and receive subsequent approval.

3. Eligibility Criteria

1. 3.1 An Australian business with a valid ACN/ABN that has been trading for a minimum of six (6) months;
2. 3.2 Have not held an AmpolCard account within the past twelve (12) months;
3. 3.3 Have not had an AmpolCard account that was permanently closed in the last twelve (12) months;
4. 3.4 Not an employee or staff of Ampol Australia Petroleum Pty Ltd or a related body corporate.

4. Fuel Discount Offer

Receive an 8 cents per litre (cpl) discount on eligible fuel purchases for eight (8) months from your account approval date (“Discount Period”).

1. 4.1 The 8cpl discount will apply to Diesel, Premium Diesel, Unleaded 91, E10 Unleaded, Amplify 95 and Amplify 98 transactions at participating locations.
2. 4.2 The 8cpl will be discounted from the board price.

After the Discount Period, the discount on fuel will revert to the standard AmpolCard discount rates:

1. 4.3 Four (4) cpl on Amplify 95 and Amplify 98;
2. 4.4 Three (3) cpl on Amplify Premium diesel;
3. 4.5 Two (2) cpl on regular diesel, Unleaded 91 and E10 Unleaded.

5. Everyday Rewards Bonus Points Offer

5.1 General Conditions

To qualify for the Everyday Rewards bonus points (“Offer bonus points”):

1. 5.1.1 You must be approved for an AmpolCard account.
2. 5.1.2 You must have an Everyday Rewards Card and link it to your AmpolCard account within 30 days of account opening.

5.2 Collecting Everyday Rewards Points

1. 5.2.1 First Month Spend: Spend $1,000 or more on Eligible Products in the first month to collect 20,000 offer bonus points.
2. 5.2.2 First 6 Months Spend: Meet a minimum cumulative spend of $6,000 on Eligible Products in the first six (6) months from your AmpolCard account opening date to collect an additional 70,000 Offer bonus points.
3. 5.2.3 Month 7 – 12 Spend: Meet a minimum cumulative spend of $6,000 on Eligible Products in the next (6) months to collect another 70,000 Offer bonus points.

5.3 Points Crediting - Timing

1. 5.3.1 20,000 Offer bonus points: Credited within 90 days of meeting the first-month spend criteria.
2. 5.3.2 70,000 Offer bonus points (First 6 Months): Credited within 4-6 weeks after the end of the sixth month.
3. 5.3.3 70,000 Offer bonus points (Next 6 Months): Credited within 4-6 weeks after the end of the twelfth month.

5.4 Account Status

Your AmpolCard account must remain active (paid in full and on time) to qualify for Offer bonus points.

Accounts in Default during the first year are ineligible for Offer bonus points.

6. Eligible Locations & Products

Everyday Rewards points are collected on fuel purchases and Eligible Products at all Ampol locations across mainland Australia. Ampol locations in Tasmania are excluded.

7. Application Process

AmpolCard applications may take up to four (4) weeks for processing and credit approval.

Approval is subject to the AmpolCard Terms and Conditions.

8. General Terms

1. 8.1 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2. 8.2 Ampol is not liable for misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted claims or correspondence.
3. 8.3 Ampol reserves the right to withdraw or vary this offer prior to the end of the Promotional Period.
