Terms and Conditions

Collect up to 300,000 Everyday Rewards points, plus save 6c per litre on fuels for 6 months.

1. Promoter

   This offer is conducted by Ampol Australia Petroleum Pty Ltd (ABN 17 000 032 128), 29-33 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 (Ampol).



2. Promotional Period
   1. To be eligible for this offer, you must apply for a new AmpolCard account between 12:01 am on 14 October 2024 and 11:59 pm on 17 November 2024 (‘Promotional Period’) and receive subsequent approval.


3. Participation
   1. An Australian business which holds a valid ACN/ABN that has been trading for a minimum of six (6) months;
   2. Have not held an AmpolCard account within the past twelve (12) months;
   3. Have not had an AmpolCard account that was permanently closed in the last twelve (12) months.


4. Fuel Discount
   1. The six (6) cents per litre discount will apply to Diesel, Premium Diesel, Unleaded 91, E10 Unleaded, Amplify 95, and Amplify 98 transactions at participating locations from the date you receive your new AmpolCard until 30 June 2025.
   2. The six (6) cents per litre will be discounted from the board price.
   3. As of 01 July 2025, the discount on fuel will revert to the standard AmpolCard discount:
      1. Four (4) cents per litre on Amplify 95 and Amplify 98;
      2. Three (3) cents per litre on Premium Diesel; and
      3. Two (2) cents per litre on Unleaded 91 and E10 Unleaded.


5. Everyday Rewards Bonus Points
   1. To earn the bonus Everyday Rewards Points, you must be successfully approved for an AmpolCard account. You must have an Everyday Rewards account and successfully link your Everyday Rewards account to your AmpolCard account.
   2. If you do not have an Everyday Rewards account, you can join here. Everyday Rewards Membership and Points are subject to the Everyday Rewards Terms and Conditions.
   3. To qualify for the bonus points, you must:
      1. Apply for an AmpolCard account within the Promotional Period and be approved to earn 100,000 Everyday Rewards Points as a bonus reward points. You must link your Everyday Rewards account to your AmpolCard account within 30 calendar days from your AmpolCard account opening date to be eligible for the bonus reward points;
      2. Spend $3000 on Eligible Products within six (6) months to earn an additional 100,000 points as Offer Reward Part 1. Bonus Points for Offer Reward Part 1 will be rewarded during the 7th month from your account opening date;
      3. Spend another $3000 on Eligible Products in the next six (6) months to earn an additional 100,000 points as Offer Reward Part 2. Bonus Points for Offer Reward Part 2 will be rewarded during the 13th month from your account opening date. 
   4. Everyday Rewards points are collected on fuel purchases and Eligible Products at all Ampol locations across mainland Australia. Ampol locations in Tasmania are currently excluded from the Everyday Rewards Program, and you will not collect Everyday Rewards points at Ampol locations in Tasmania. Certain products are excluded from collecting points, refer to the AmpolCard Loyalty Program Rewards Scheme Terms and Conditions for Eligible Products and Excluded Products.
   5. You cannot have more than $4,000 Everyday Rewards dollars in your account at any one time. If you have more than $4,000 Everyday Rewards dollars in your account, you will not be able to collect any Everyday Rewards dollars in excess of this amount. 
   6. AmpolCard account must maintain an active status to be eligible to collect points, which means paying the account in full and on time. AmpolCard accounts in default will may not accrue points until they regain active status. The AmpolCard account is in default if the full payment of the tax invoice is not made by or on the Due Date or if the payment subsequently dishonours.
   
   
6. Processing AmpolCard applications and obtaining credit approval may require up to four (4) weeks from the submission date, depending on the disclosure of complete information. 


7. AmpolCard applications approval is subject to the AmpolCard Terms and Conditions.  


8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 


9. Ampol is not liable for claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted due to circumstances beyond Ampol’s reasonable control.  


10. Ampol reserves the right to withdraw or vary this offer prior to the end of Promotional Period (and prior to applications for the offer being accepted).
