Pump, pay and you’re on your way

  

Time is money. The Ampol app helps you and your drivers get back on the road faster with contactless payments at over 600 participating locations.

To activate FuelPay® for your drivers at myAmpol, go to ‘Card Management’ and select ‘FuelPay. Once activated, ask your drivers to download the Ampol app and add AmpolCard as a payment method.

  

Peace of mind with our card control features

  

AmpolCard gives you peace of mind with card control features like daily and monthly spend limits, convenience of 24/7 ability to make account changes and PIN security.

Make card control updates in myAmpol  by clicking ‘Fuel Cards’, ‘Card Management’, ‘Card Details’ then search the AmpolCard number you want to update. Once you’ve found the relevant AmpolCard you would like to update, you will find a variety of card options available to update from spend limits to product and services controls.

    

Additional security 

  

Having a PIN on your card can provide you with increased security if your card is lost or stolen. It not only reduces the potential for fraudulent activity but can save you time through faster processing. Setting up your PIN is easy. Simply log into myAmpol, go to ‘Card Management’, and select ‘Maintain Card’. Then, add your AmpolCard card number, go to ‘Card Usage Options’, tick ‘PIN’ and allow 15 minutes for the PIN to be active. Let your drivers know they can set a PIN instore or at the pump next time they fill up. 

 

Save time on expenses reporting

   

Reconciling and managing business expenses can be time-consuming at tax time. That’s why we’ve made myAmpol easy and accessible 24/7 to put you in control. If your business uses Xero or MYOB accounting software, you can save even more time by integrating your AmpolCard account. ATO-approved monthly statements with details of all on-road costs for every driver will be automatically integrated into your accounting software each month for easy reporting and reconciliation.
