Log onto myAmpol anytime to access detailed reports on transactions, fleet activity and exceptions.  Check your account status and track down any other documents needed to finalise your EOFY records.

Take advantage of the Reports feature now 

To see all your report options, choose ‘Reports’ from your home page, then click ‘Run My Reports’. Choose the reports you need from the full list with linked descriptions, such as our ‘Purchases for BAS’ report designed to support your BAS reporting at tax time.

Alternatively, you can select ‘Schedule a Report’ to run reports at a specific time – at month end, for example. Once completed, reports are saved in myAmpol and can also be emailed directly to you or anyone you nominate. 

How to print out an invoice in myAmpol

To print out an invoice in myAmpol, choose ‘Reports’ from your home page, then click ‘View Invoices & Statements’. Leave ‘Report Type’ set to ‘All’, then enter the relevant date range and click ‘Search’. The system will bring up the invoices and statement in the date range selected. Simply click the icon to the left of the document you want to open and view then download or print.

Link your Xero or MYOB accounts

EOFY is a good time to review your finances and make plans for the year ahead. Consider linking your AmpolCard to Xero or MYOB accounting software to streamline the management of your on-road expenses. All your monthly transactions and invoices will be automatically uploaded to your Xero or MYOB account, making life easier the next time EOFY rolls around.

If you already have a Xero or MYOB account, linking to your AmpolCard account in myAmpol is simple. Once you are logged into myAmpol, click on ‘Fuel Cards’, then ‘Accounts’ and accept the ‘Terms & Conditions’. Once you have accepted the Terms & Conditions, simply click the ‘Connect to Xero’ or ‘Connect to MYOB’ button and log into your relevant accounting software accounts to establish the link. It’s one more simple way to save time and effort for your business.
