What’s new in your Card Portal

Quick Search by Vehicle Registration

One of the latest updates in your Card Portal is the ability to conduct a Quick Search by vehicle registration. It’s a faster and easier way to find the information you want. Quick Search by rego when you’re looking to modify card details, check usage and costs, add or change a security PIN, order replacement cards, or manage a particular cost center.

Important Tips for Quick Search

1. Press the "Enter" key after entering details to initiate your Quick Search.
2. If a vehicle registration is associated with more than one card on your account, the portal will display a list of all linked cards.
3. If the registration number includes a space, you must include the space to initiate your search.

Enhanced Access to Historical Transactions and Reporting

In response to customer requests, we have extended the availability of historical AmpolCard data and reporting on the Card Portal.

Previously, data was available for a rolling period of up to 365 days. Now, you can access data and reports as far back as December 1, 2023. This allows you to monitor and compare card expenses and fleet costs over time. Audits for tax or business reporting are now simplified with easy access to the data you need.

Available Historical Reports

1. Account Transaction Detail Report – Compare expenses and usage over time.
2. Service & Repairs Maintenance Data Load – Monitor and manage all service and repair expenses.
3. Service & Repairs Maintenance Report – Track vehicle service histories and suppliers.
4. Card Summary Report – Comprehensive card reporting for business and tax compliance.
