In 2024 the Ampol Foundation introduced the 'Your Town' Grants program as a way to give back to local charities and organisations in communities where we operate. The initiative allows employees working across Australia in our local operations - refineries, terminals and depots - to apply for grants that support community-based projects. 

The grants program has a focus on supporting small, volunteer-led organisations that reflect the core values of the Ampol Foundation; youth education and development, and community safety and wellbeing. So far, we have been able to provide over $250,000 in funding to 16 organisations.
