Ampol Foodary will once again collectively raise crucial funds for Ampol Foundation charity partners Sebastian Foundation, The Smith Family and Surf Life Saving Australia throughout November.

Following the success of July’s campaign, where $430,000 was raised, Foodary stores across Australia will be allocated one of three Foundation partners to ensure a broad base of contributions across the communities in which Ampol operates.

This fundraising would not be possible without the ongoing generosity of Ampol Foodary customers, who are able to donate in-store at the counter or online.

With thanks to our suppliers, 10 cents from every purchase of Mount Franklin water (600ml), Mars Choc Bags (120-180g range), Maximus sports drink (1L range) and Magnum ice creams (85-107ml range), and $1 from every Aerial Sunglasses purchased at participating Ampol Foodary stores will also be donated as part of the campaign.

Monies raised from the Ampol Foundation fundraising program go directly towards training, education and equipment for Surf Life Saving Australia, to The Smith Family's 'Learning for Life' program, and Sebastian Foundation's 'Open Parachute' mental health initiative.

Ampol, Executive General Manager, People and Culture, Meaghan Davies recently joined legendary Australian musician Guy Sebastian at Caringbah's Our Lady of Fatima Primary School for a Sebastian Foundation 'Open Parachute' lesson.

"The Sebastian Foundation is one of three charity partners that we'll fundraise for during the month of November through the Ampol Foodary Network. Ampol is committed to driving positive change in the communities in which we operate, and our ongoing support is a testament to this," Davies said.

"As Australia's leading transport fuels provider, a focus on safety both for our employees and our customers is really important. In addition, we believe that the focus on youth education, and our investment in that area will have a lasting impact in the communities in which we operate.

"It was fantastic to see firsthand the positive impact that 'Open Parachute' is having on the youth of Australia."

Sebastian added: "We are so grateful to Ampol for their ongoing support of the Sebastian Foundation, which enables us to do all the work that we do in the youth mental health space.

"This November, you can head into your local Ampol Foodary and donate or purchase select products. Every dollar raised helps us deliver Open Parachute, our youth mental health program, into as many schools as possible."
