Paying your Ampol Energy account has never been easier. We offer a range of convenient solutions for you to pay your account; including through automatic direct debit or paying your bill when due via credit, debit or BPAY.

You can choose your preferred payment method for your Ampol Energy account when you sign up online. If you are an existing customer that needs to change your payment method, please contact our Customer Service Team on 13 14 04 (Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm AEST) to discuss the options available to you.
