  • Your usage of an AmpolCard must be wholly or predominantly for business purposes
  • Your business must have been trading for at least six (6) months
  • You must be 18 years or older

  • Companies and Trusts will need to be supported with a Deed of Guarantee, Indemnity and Charge - sent to you on submission of this application

5. Agree and Submit

Application agreement

By typing 'I agree' below:

  1. (where the customer is a company, a trustee or a partnership) I declare that I am a director of the company/ trustee company or a partner in the partnership (as applicable) and I have the authority to make the offer to Ampol on behalf of the Customer to enter into the AmpolCard agreement.
  2. I declare that the offer is to be a legally binding offer.
  3. If the offer is accepted by Ampol the customer agrees to be bound by the AmpolCard agreement.
  4. the customer agrees to be provided with the general terms and conditions of the AmpolCard agreement, and any other documents in relation to the AmpolCard agreement, electronically.

Debit Service Agreement comprise a legally binding offer to enter into a legal agreement between the Customer and Ampol ("AmpolCard Agreement"). By typing into this Application "I agree" and submitting the application, the Customer agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in the AmpolCard Agreement on acceptance of the Application by Ampol.
